Quality Construction Starts With Quality People.
We work with a group of preferred vendors who can provide you with early-stage support including land acquisition, architectural and design services, and construction financing. Coordinating these services on your behalf is part of the value we provide – and you will never pay a markup on any outside professionals we contract with.

Not surprisingly, the people who work day-to-day on your job site have the most influence over quality. That’s why we only work with the best. On average, our project superintendents have more than 30 years of experience. And each of our subcontractors has been with us a minimum of five years, proving themselves responsive and accountable over the test of time.

But even a great subcontractor can have a bad day. We review work daily throughout the building process to ensure that everything is exactly as it should be. We have a critical eye and if the quality of work is unacceptable, we don’t hesitate to have it torn out and redone. Part of our job is to make sure you get what you’re paying for.

Onsite Supervision And Regular Communication.
Our ongoing presence ensures quality control with subcontractors and helps circumvent the challenges that naturally happen throughout the construction process. You can expect to see us on the job site daily and you’re welcome to visit your home-in-progress at any time. If there’s something you see that creates a question or concern, simply let us know.

Energy-Efficient Building Practices.
Given today’s rising energy prices, building an efficient home is more important than ever. The extras we routinely include create a noticeable difference in quality and are reflected in lower energy bills. In addition, to qualify as Built Green, a home must meet a minimum of 70 points on the checklist. Homes built by Elevation 92 consistently score more than 200. Overbuilt? Perhaps. But the cost is less than 1-3% of your total budget – an amount you’ll recoup in energy bills alone within the first year.
